The property is an old rundown building that looks “new” the smell of mustiness hits you at the front desk. In the room it had the same smell - one bed was so hard it felt like just the box spring . When I brought my concerns to the lady working the front desk she was in kind and extremely unprofessional. Our conversation was so far from customer service friendly as she refused to look at me or truly try and make something work . As she then yelled at me and kicked me out all while my two boys watched from outside . I would never book here nor would I recommend this place . I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service!

Dont expect too much. You get what you pay for. Treat this hotel as a place to stay. Check in was smooth. Location is convenient and easy to find. There's a dog park nearby if you are traveling with your pup. Downside: Black debris coming out from the tap and shower. They don't clean the room daily and no fresh towels. You use an access code to get into the room, and there's only one lock so I dont feel very safe. The room is little smelly, not very bad but obvious. I may or may not stay there again, depending on how much budget I have.
