Perfectly fine for what i needed, which was one night on a family emergency situation. Convenient, modern, functional, clean and quiet. A good place to come back to, sleep and recharge. As for travelling for pleasure: this is good for what you get on a budget. You will not be walking to tourist attractions from there, but the drive is about 10 minutes. Not flash, but clean and works very well.

A very pleasant way to unwind, yet plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities. It offered many great outdoor activities and had many trails to hike. Some people kayak on the lake and down the river.
One has to reserve for supper so it is important to remember this.
The food is excellent and they serve a large breakfast buffet every day.
Our room was on the 1st floor so we had a patio with Adirondack chairs and a lovely view of the lake. It is beautiful and quiet.
