"The hotel is really well located to explore Da Nang. The staff are very helpful and kind, the hotel itself is clean and the restaurant breakfast is very varied and tasty. A great selection of food and drinks available. Our room deal included a massage every day, and the spa staff were brilliant, just what was needed after a day exploring. We were staying for three days and had to extend our stay, luckily Ann managed to get us a room at their sister hotel which was opening the next day. She handled the transfer of our luggage, the rebooking of our cruise, our airport transfers...absolutely fantastic.
Great reception, clean rooms, very courteous staff. The location is perfect, the rooms are quiet. I have nothing but positive things to say, 10/10.

Amazing experience and location. Walking distance to majority of sites, or quick grab ride away. The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to safely leave our luggage after check out to continue exploring before our departure. Beer street was fun in the evening! Sky bar cocktails were delicious.
