Nous avions réservé la chambre Diamond : la vue était tout simplement magnifique et la qualité au rendez-vous. Malgré un épisode de typhon pendant notre séjour, l’équipe a su nous rassurer et faire preuve d’une grande bienveillance. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et disponible. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps, mais...

Concernant la Propreté de la chambre, nous avons séjourné 16 nuits, parfois nous avons eu le sentiment que notre chambre était nettoyée à la va vite. Concernant le bruit, la chambre est mal isolée car nous entendions la circulation dehors ainsi que les vendeurs ambulants pourtant nous étions au 12ème étage. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel. Encore merci au personnel très sympathique 🙏🙏🙏 »
