« Personnel (Réception/Restauration) très à l’écoute BRAVO 😊. Concernant la Propreté de la chambre, nous avons séjourné 16 nuits, parfois nous avons eu le sentiment que notre chambre était nettoyée à la va vite. Concernant le bruit, la chambre est mal isolée car nous entendions la circulation dehors ainsi que les vendeurs ambulants pourtant nous étions au 12ème étage. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel. Encore merci au personnel très sympathique 🙏🙏🙏 »

« I like everything about this hotel and that is why I have stayed here at least six times - it is the hotel I stay in when I visit Da Nang, Vietnam!!!! I have never complained about one thing at this Hotel. The location, the rooftop pool the breakfast, all are wonderful, but for me, the Staff is the star of this Hotel!!!!!!! From the minute you step out of the taxi to check-in, to the minute you checkout of the hotel - just really good people!!! I want to give a shout out to the Bell men and...
