"I had a lovely stay and was extremely well looked after by the lovely, friendly team. I was upgraded to a sea-facing room which was very special! The food was great with a mix of Vietnamese and international cuisine. There was a small issue with the minibus collecting guests from Hoi An town - he did not communicate his presence, and I was unable to locate him! This was easily resolved by a cab ride. It did not spoil my fantastic stay there. "

"Great location, a short walk away from the old town and night market. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops neaby. Scarlet on reception was really friendly and efficient at check in. Great pool, lots of sun loungers and a swim up bar. Fab pina colada"

"Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this. "
