Hotel was great, huge room with great ocean view. Breakfast amazing with everything you could think of (even a donut board!). For our wedding anniversary they made our room special & got a treat! However we didn’t receive our Expedia VIP rewards and both times we ordered a glass of red wine the bottle had been open for too long and the wine expired. They did bring a new bottle and open in front of us which was great. Pool level is very windy, like in a wind tunnel, so we preferred the beach straight across the road which they have a section of deck chairs & towels just for hotel guests. Overall a great stay, in good proximity of everything.

When we checked in , they said we we not VIP guests, but because we are staying with them for a long time they offered us 20 percent discount for food , and a discount in the spa, and a early checkin .

The spa staff was very kind and the treatment I received was enjoyable. I liked the robes and slippers provided in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had variety but taste was just okay. Money exchange rate was not bad. For airport transfer, I would shop around- their quote for a 16 seater was 2-3x more than another provider I found. I think front desk service could be better. I spoke in Vietnamese to one woman and she only replied in English. She later asked for my email so she could contact me, but I received an email saying I signed up for their Pearl Club which I did not request.

Front desk and manager customer service level. Before I completed check-in, the manager on duty came out to greet me and made golf reservations on the spot. Excellent customer service and welcomed me as a returning customer with gift in my room as well.
