"It's close to downtown, but it's inside the alley, so when you go into the resort, it's like a different city I learned later that the restaurant can be used by anyone It's not big, but there's a quiet and clean swimming pool, so I used it well I checked in early, and on the day I checked out, I kept my bag and went to my bag after dinner There's a kind employee who's fluent in English SHe called the grab for me on the last day"

"I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again. "

"友達夫婦と私達夫婦4人で滞在しました。部屋のグレードアップをしてくれてリビング、キッチン付き2ベッドルーム、更に19階の最上階だったのでもう 信じられない絶景で毎晩花火もみれて最高に素敵な思い出になりました。 特に20階にあるプールからのサンセットタウンが見渡せる景色はとても素晴らしかったです。 ここのエリアは同じHOLIDAYアパートメントのビルが3棟建っていてそれぞれ部屋のオーナーさんが日本で言う民泊のように部屋を貸し出しているようです。なので同じ建物内に沢山のホテル名が出てくるので分かりづらいかと思います。 ビルの名前は The Sky 、The Sea 、The Hill と3棟あるのでもし空港からタクシーで行かれる方はどのビルかを事前にメールで確認しておくといいと思います。 私達はHOTELの名前だけをドライバーに告げた所、場所が分からなかったようで少し離れた所で降ろされ、坂を登る羽目になりました。 ここのHOTELはThe Skyになります。 フロントデスクが無いため何か問題がある時やチェックアウト時には Whats...

"We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. "We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Phu Quoc as a large family with young children. The villa was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and we enjoyed hosting a few nice dinner gatherings in the evenings, which the space worked well for. The resort is close to all major attractions, making it very convenient for family outings. The pools were clean, well kept, and great for both kids and adults. The villa felt a bit large at times, but this was easily balanced by the amazing service — there were always staff around, and the entire place was taken care of wonderfully. We especially want to thank Quinh Nhu, the concierge, who truly stood out among all the staff. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Her support really made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this resort for families or large groups looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location."
