We found it frustrating that there is no manned reception or concierge with this property. Everything is done via What's app. If you are using only wifi, then you have limited coverage once you are away from the room as Wifi does not work once you leave the room. « Our stay was mostly average, but unfortunately we faced some serious cleanliness and safety concerns. After check-in, we found a dead cockroach and a dead lizard inside the room, which was quite unpleasant and disappointing. Additionally, the front door did not feel sturdy and could be opened easily even after locking, which made us uncomfortable from a security perspective. However, I do appreciate the prompt response from the front desk and staff whenever we raised a concern. Their service...

"2e visite en un an. cette fois je suis très déçu. La chambre est extrêmement bruyante due à une Beach Party qui a lieu tous les soirs très tard. le petit-déjeuner également est extrêmement bruyant. La clientèle est en grande majorité constituée de famille avec enfants en bas âge, je déconseille cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant le calme, l'ambiance est très différente d'un standard Hilton."

"La chambre était en bon état. Le cadre est magnifique et encore plus le soir avec le couché de soleil et le ciel rose. Le personnel n'était pas forcément courtois, loin d'un service 5\*. On est resté 8 nuits et le ménage dans notre chambre laissait a désirer. Pas de bonjour, pas de au revoir, pas de merci de la part du personnel. Pas d'ambiance, ni d'animation le soir dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner bruyant et le personnel était toujours pressé de finir. De plus, chaque jour en allant à la plage de l'hôtel, les serviettes étaient tachées et sales. Il y a énormément d'enfants à la piscine donc c'est loin d'être reposant. Les prix affichés du bar ainsi que du restaurant ne sont pas réels car il y a deux taxes qui s'ajoutent : 10% et 8%. Ils demandent toujours de payer avant même d'avoir terminé au lieu de mettre la note sur la chambre. Cerise sur le gâteau, on nous a demandé en arrivant de laisser un avis avant même d'avoir la clé de la chambre. Maintenant on comprend pourquoi."

"Nous étions deux couple de Canadien et nous avons passé 7 jours au Shell. Les villas étaient très confortables et le service de tout le personnel était impeccable. Le buffet était très bons et au bord de la mer et piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjours à Phu quoc et avions prévu de louer nos scooters pour la semaine afin d’être autonome et aller manger et faire nos soins dans les petits villages autour.
