The staff are outstanding, always available and helpful if you need something and are gracious and kind. The hill villas are comfortable and spacious, their design incorporates many natural materials, we especially liked the open-air screened bath area and outdoor private shower. The pool and the entire space is beautiful and so well looked after. We went with kids and stayed a week, although it was rainy season, it was still warm, but they have a playroom for the little ones which was handy at occasion. The pool restaurant was also very handy to grab a bite. Staff was very friendly informing about tours and drivers. It is off a busy road but is very green and slight up the hill so there is a nice open feel and view at the top where the pool and restaurant are. Our room is spacious and on the second floor which is nice among the trees. Just cross the street and walk through a bar belonging to another resort to get to the beach which is very nice. All the staff we encountered were lovely, polite and helpful. The hotel grounds feels like an oasis. The pool area is great. Even when it was busy, you still can have your own space. Amazing breakfasts! It was different every morning we were there (4 mornings). We had the hill bungalow and we loved the layout. A very spacious bathroom and bedroom! The balcony with the drying rack was also very convenient to hang out swimming stuff/laundry. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
