Ich hatte bereits vier Tage vor Ankunft mehrfach versucht, die Unterkunft wegen einer späten Anreise (ca. 21 Uhr) zu kontaktieren – ohne jegliche Antwort. Nach einem 22-stündigen Flug standen wir schließlich vor verschlossenen Türen. Ein Pförtner vor Ort konnte uns nicht helfen, eine Rezeption gibt es nicht. Wir mussten uns um 23 Uhr eine neue Unterkunft suchen – in einem fremden Land, ohne Sprachkenntnisse. Erst am nächsten Vormittag kam ein Anruf von der Nummer, die ich mehrfach kontaktiert hatte – sie hatte unsere Anfragen also erhalten, aber ignoriert. Zum Glück konnten wir unser Geld für die Nacht zurückfordern. Achtung: Wer nicht punktgenau zur „unsichtbaren“ Check-in-Zeit kommt, riskiert, wie wir, auf der Straße zu stehen.
