"Room was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for me but my family didn't seem to mind them. The area wasn't very noisy at night and had a lot of food options at a walkable distance. Overall great experience."

"We had a great stay at WelcomInns Ottawa! The room was very clean and well-maintained. Having an elevator was a big plus since we had heavy luggage (our backs thank you!). Breakfast was decent with good continental options to start the day. The location is super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the metro and 20 minutes to the Ottawa train station. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!"

"It was definitely a double dorm room but it had all the necessities, and the table and chairs were more useful than what a regular hotel room has. The large fridge was appreciated, too. One elevator just happened to be out of order when we were there, but it wasn't a high traffic location. "

"One thing that would be helpful for guests arriving on a Sunday is to let them know what is open on the weekends only such as the outdoor pool and the Papineau museum. Also having a menu for some basic items such as a pizza or burger would be a good idea. Thanks. We hope to be back in the fall"
