"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

"The breakfast was good cooked to order and plenty of choice. The room was clean and had everything we needed we had a private bathroom which was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy and we both slept extremely well and the house was always warm and cosy."

"Stressful check in process - you require ID, £60 deposit payable only by cash and need to arrange your check in time in advance. I was told I could only check in after 7pm and when I did check in I had to fill in multiple forms. When I was finally given a key and shown to my room I was told that there’s an alarm which is always on. It’s stressful to even think about leaving the place and when people do come in and out,there’s loud bleeps from the alarm downstairs - including several times in...
