"Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel est très propre et les installations sont biens et il est bien situé. Le service n’est pas à la hauteur. Il n’y a pas de fontaine à eau à chaque étage, vous êtes obligé d’aller au 8eme. La boulangerie de l’hôtel n’est finalement pas dans l’hôtel et elle est hors de prix. Personnel pas à l’écoute et aucun geste d’upgrade alors qu’on était en lune de miel et qu’il y avait plein de chambres de libre. Piscine agréable. L’hôtel manque de charme … nous ne retrouvons pas le charme de Waikiki. C’est un hôtel très business. "
