Large rooms with queen size beds great for family of four with teenagers. Extra pullout couch/ bed and 2 TV's. Excellent breakfast which is included- best I have had! Beach towels available to take out for the day. Good service and clean . Parked on street instead of parking lot $30 fee. Was easy to find parkimg spot
