"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. "

"Spotless, outstanding location and staff. The drinks were well done and it was easy to find a chair by the pool or the beach. The food might seem limited to some, I don’t need a constant smorgasbord. Lots of variety- wood fired pizza, pasta, salads, made to order by the pool or beach. there was definitely lots of fish and seafood-. Everything I had was yummy and lots of grilled veggies which I love. . The steakhouse was excellent! Our room was gorgeous and we were upgraded to an even better suite during our stay. Then, if you want a break from the gorgeous beach, you are two blocks from a vibrant area of town. Live music, performers and shopping. Love this resort and the location!"
