The suite we had had a full size kitchen stove and oven which was perfect for reheating our lasagna. The microwave was also a nice amenity. One bedroom had a large private bathroom which was a nice luxury. The natural light from the large windows was refreshing.
From the outside my expectations were that the rooms would be newer but they weren’t.
Lofts were spacious. Check-in was quick. We arrived about an hour before check-in and were able to accommodate with no fuss. Close to downtown amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
Short walk to Key Bank Center. Clean hotel and helpful front desk staff.
Friendly helpfull staff and all downtown attractions are accessable via rail
I was not prepared for the valet parking. I thought it was an option but you could park your own car
Beautiful rooftop views of the city and lake. World class room and amenities. Spa features in the bathroom
Unfortunately there isn’t any on site parking and they run out of parking passes very early. Staff was not helpful or caring.
We did not get a free breakfast, everything else was very nice.. modern amenities
