The place was nice and the space had a unique design. It is an older house with rooms converted into “hotel rooms”. There were thoughtful touches like dimmable lamps, a mini fridge, and a complimentary snack. Check in was easy and there was a small parking lot (first come first serve), but plenty of street parking available too. If you book a room on the first floor, it is loud. You can hear the people walking around upstairs and people coming and going from property. The room we booked also only had access to the bed from one side with the other side being against the wall. If you have a mobility issue, this can be challenging. This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes about an hour before check-in and it works beautifully. The instructions are very simple to follow. The only 2 things I didn't love, and this is personal to me YMMV, the rain shower was very pleasant but fixed into place and not at all adjustable, however, if you're very tall you will love it! Also I personally don't like one side of the bed up against the wall, but that's just me so take that with a grain of salt. It almost felt like we were staying at a friend's house because the room had a very cozy feel with cool furniture and even a fireplace. Check in was easy. The only tiny drawback was that we were on the first floor and could hear the people upstairs walking around. We didn't hear their tv or anyone talking though. It was otherwise quiet and we slept great.
