"Did not change room sheets after requesting it for two day , staff was horrible at listening, room temperature is set at 72, we should’ve been able to control temperature, room was hot and muggy, people fighting upstairs, dogs barking next door first 4 nights it was miserable! We were supposed to be on vacation and relax"
