The rooms was large and spacious but very gloomy and dark throughout the hotel. Very unorganized. Directory not up to date etc.

We loved the huge jacuzzi tub in our Executive Suite. The staff were super friendly and professional. The room was not as clean as we would have expected, and with the coronavirus fears right now that was disconcerting. It's a beautiful historic hotel! The coffee shop attached is fantastic and its worth a stroll down the hallway to check out the historic design and architecture.
Beautiful hotel. We also received an excellent upgrade due to the current situation. We had a wonderful stay. Quite frankly, there may be no better place to stay in Buffalo.
With only one representative at the front desk it felt like I didn’t matter as they were constantly on the phone with others customers and me standing there (being the only one there) for 8 minutes with no acknowledgement. Not even a smile or the gesture showing ‘one moment’.
