Overall the facility looks magnificent from the exterior with a rich history but don’t let that fool you. This place is cutting corners in all that they do and doing everything on the cheap with zero intention for quality. The interior is dated and the carpets have a bad smell. Stop cutting corners and doing everything on the cheap. It’s too obvious that they’re cutting corners in everything th
