The food was almost the exact same thing every single day. One restaurant just picked the item I’m allergic to off my food causing me to still have a flare up. The people would refuse to give us water bottles that are free for the room we stayed in.

We went to Flamingo Resort and when we check in we had a room that was different from what we booked and I decided to go and ask kindly if was possible to have something else with our requirements. I wasn’t expecting what happened honestly! Fredy at the reception took in consideration my concern and my requirements and it took him less then 5 minutes to give us another room without any problems! That was awesome, I really appreciate his help and i wish everyone would be like that. I’ve been traveling a lot and I saw different hotel and resort, and usually takes a lot more to change a room , but not at Flamingo resort. The best customer service with Fredy, great experience!!!

This place was by far the worst place I have ever stayed and we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived! Staff rude and obviously did not care for Americans! The rooms were nasty, tv didn’t work, ceiling falling in, hot, plugs didn’t work and had to take turns charging devices! The food was absolutely terrible as well as the drinks, so we wasted our money on the all inclusive! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
