- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First 5 minutes we were there, hadnt even put our bags down, we were hounded about sitting through a presentation to sell us a timeshare. The host even went as far as taking our car rental agreement and asking to hold onto it as leverage until we decided whether we would do it or not, we said no at least 10 times before she gave it back. The "all inclusive" includes a buffet with questionable food that was never appealing and restaurants that are only open from 6pm-9pm and you have to reserve in the morning via an app but they were rarely available. Of the 3 restaurants, we could only get into 1 for 2 nights. There is a spot on the app for room service and the one night we ordered it we waited an hour for it to come, (it never did) i went to the front desk and talked to the lady who said the only thing we can get is hamburgers although there are many other options on the app. The building is old, but thry kept it pretty clean and despite the water being dirty they kept the beach clean. Our water pressure was hit and miss, the pools were freezing cold which was fine during the day, not so much at night. The ceiling was thin we heard every time the people above us stomped around. The bed was rock hard. The only good part was the bartenders were very helpful and made great drinks. If you are looking for a place to leave your stuff and go explore, this is the place for you. If youre looking for a luxury hotel or an "all inclusive resort" like they claim to be, I'd look elsewhere.
