Urine, Spiders & Holes Everywhere
The bed was placed directly on the floor, which was not mentioned in the description and the bed is very poor quality which made sleeping nearly impossible.
• There is an unsecured open space to the attic in the bedroom, which is both unsafe and unsettling.
• The bathroom has an open and unscreened window leading to problems with mosquitoes throughout our stay.
• We found two large spiders in the bedroom, which suggests pest control issues and is likely due to the attic being completely open.
• Essential supplies like toiletries, and extra paper towels and toilet paper were absent.
• There was a noticeable urine smell in the bedroom, either from the floor or the bed itself.
• The pull-out sofa had a visible stain on it when extended, so the additional sleeping space didn’t really exist.
• The property’s lawn was not maintained as per the listing photographs.
• There was no hot water available in the kitchen and only one Roku remote for both tv’s.
