"We were very lucky to have been able to book this VRBO. We had 7 adults attending a medical school graduation, so we needed multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for an overnight stay. "The three bedrooms have plenty of space and all of the bathrooms work well. I stay there with some coworkers while on business, so we don't really use the kitchen but it looks like there is plenty of cookware and utensils. It is a great location because it is away from the most noisy areas, but within a fifteen minute walk to museums and tourist spots. The beach is only a ten minute walk, if you're slow. And it's a third of the cost of a hotel, on a per room basis."

"It was very clean and supplied with plenty of linens, towels, and extras, including coffee and snacks. The location is safe and great for walking to local restaurants. Parking in the rear alley is tight, but we were the only car back there most the weekend, so it worked out great for our trip and especially with the extra street parking permits they provided. The neighborhood seemed quiet during the day but not very safe at night.There aren’t things to do nearby but that was fine because we didn’t want to be out too late.
