This suite is located in Calgary's favorite community of Hidden Valley. It is a beautifully designed walkout suite (separate entrance) with cozy living room, open bedroom with a queen sized bed, back patio. Quick access to local & tourist attraction.

This suite is 10-12 mins to airport, 15 mins to downtown, 5 mins to Stoney trail which leads to Banff, Lake Louise, Crossiron Mills - 10 mins.

Close to recreational facility, library, movie theater, grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, ny many more other amenities.

Suitable for singles and couples.

- This space features a beautifully arranged living room with lots of light and
ambience.
- Microwave and mini fridge is available with kitchen utensils
- A dinning table is available which can also be used for work or reading.
- The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed.
- The bathroom is spacious and has all you may require for your comfort.
- The laundry room is also equipped with a washer (5$/use)

The Suite has a separate entrance and the guest would have no concerns about stumbling into the host.

The environment is very serene, quiet, and has a view. Please note that the neighborhood also expects the same level of quietness and serenity from you.

Also note that all prescribed Covid 19 regulations and precautions are being adhered to strictly to ensure the safety of guests.

Guests can park on the right side of the driveway directly in the front of the garage or on the street.

There is a private walkway on the right side of the building that leads to the guest entrance. Please go through the gate on the right side and
head to the back of the building to access your private entrance door.
