Everything about the place and staff were excellent. What was a little unsettling was the rampant drug use on the streets around the hotel. Not a place i would want my kids to see.

Didn't have the room type available that I had booked and rather than an upgrade i was forced into a down-grade. Facilities didn't work inside the room, hot tub not available but not noted at time of booking, cleaning staff didn't make up the room even though they specifically asked if I wanted this service and I said yes.
