High vaulted ceilings, artfully decorated featuring a concert grand piano and lots of room for socializing. The master bedroom has french doors to the patio, a walk-in closet and generous ensuite bathroom. Ideal central location just steps to the Farmers Market, Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-car and Heritage LRT, Chinook Mall. Short drive anywhere. The Space The house is bright and has an open feeling with the high ceilings. Lots of sofa area and a grand piano means it's well-suited for entertaining. The back patio is a perfect place to spend the summer days, and relax in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Host offers three bicycles in good condition available for you to rent, with many great bike paths nearby. Guest Access Keyless entry 24 hours via doorcode. The full space is for your use. Owner is generally available and accommodating if you have special requests about groceries, breakfast, airport pickup, or anything at all that would make your stay more pleasant! Other Things to Note This listing is for whole home. Suggested up to 8 guests, but could sleep 11 using queen sofabed (quite comfy) and two spare mattresses on floor. Most we've had is 18 people for a basketball tournament, and everyone had a comfortable sleep. Neighbourhood Overview Steps from a Farmers Market with the best organic food! Walking distance to beautiful lake (Glenmore Reservoir), bike paths, Heritage C-Train LRT, restaurants, hospital, Heritage Park, Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and Chinook Centre mall. Getting Around Just steps away from Enterprise rent-a-car, and very close walk to train just a short walk through a green field to Heritage LRT for short 10 minute ride to Stampede or downtown. * Please note the grand piano is no longer in the space. Also regarding guest reviews, there is nobody living in the home! You get the whole home to yourself. Personal items have been removed effective June 2018. Someone said the house rules were condescending, so I have removed them. Stay tuned - I will make a "house handbook" as a resource.
