We stayed there for 4 nights and it was a great experience. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices. Staff were welcoming. Easy access to the pool and parking. Will definitely be staying there again.

Our room smelled very stale and old. Like a living dust bunny or old smokers room where they replaced everything but the carpet which still smelled. The front reception gave us a room on the first floor, starting with 100 but as we walked the first floor there was no room number that matched the room. So I asked the front desk worker where it was and he acted like it inconvenienced him to say it was on a lower level. If he would have just said that when he gave us the room key, it would have saved us both time.

This hotel is right on the train line. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was very good. There’s ample parking, but the desk clerk implied there were break-ins in the past. We didn’t have any problems at all. The area is a heavy commercial area.

This hotels charges extra 250$ for incidental charges. It does not return this charges when you check-out. I am still waiting for the return for last 8 days. When I called they told me 5 to 10 business days. I was in other hotels lately and they returned incidental charges the day I checked-out. I do not like this hotel.
