It is a standard hotel, the facilities are old, it does not look like in the pictures. It is a bed and breakfast type. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

This hotel needs to be renovated ASAP. in 30 degree weather where the hotel advertises “Air conditioning” we expected air conditioning or at least some air flow. However there was none, no air from any vents or even a fan in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom were moldy, the tub leaked, and the carpet needs to be replaced or steam cleaned. (Please don’t blame housekeeping like the other responses to reviews, the owner needs to redo the rooms as they are too run down for housekeeping to fix) We asked for our AC to be fixed but instead given a small fan… for $180 a night taxes and fees it is not worth it. Would have rather stayed in a motel if they had AC! On top of that they charge $20 a night for basically mandatory valet parking (unless you want to park far away) and now our car stinks of someone’s body odour…

The room was hot and the air conditioning was not putting out anything. Had to complain to the front desk 3 times before anyone came to look at it. Was told it was working and that it was because it was stampede weekend so the system was overloaded, I didn’t really buy that excuse as I stayed here last year during stampede and had no issues then
