Staff is friendly and helpful.. Room condition is terrible and not at all bearable.. Heating units make constant thudding noise.. you can’t sleep properly at night… I had to change my room 3 times.. carpet smells.. This place needs complete renovation.. I wouldn’t consider this hotel ever in future.. Sorry for the critical review but the hotel has pretty ruined my entire trip and experience of Calgary.

Property attempted to get more deposit than what was agreed on, and displayed on Expedia. Jacuzzi was broken, moved to another room. This room was run down with peeling wall paper and lights that didn't work. Avoid hotel!

Good for the price. Only one elevator working and it had several auto notifications to notify manager of the phone not working. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening as advertised and there was no discount for grab n go breakfast from that restaurant in the morning.
