Nice spot on the beach!

This was a nice convenient spot to spend our beach vacation. The amenities in Sea Colony were great to have with the kids - pool, tennis courts and of course easy access to the beach. We love Bethany and this property is a short bike ride to the Boardwalk and restaurants.

Home was as advertised and well equipped with blender, mixer etc. but much too small for 8 guests. Not enough chairs or room at table for 8. Very soft mattresses.

Kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes and cookware! One bathroom is super nice with a fantastic shower! Kitchen is nice with good appliances! Good mattresses in both bedrooms! Decor is dated, living room furniture old and shabby, feels unclean. When we arrived, kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the rest of the place was inadequately cleaned. The deck was Sandy and deck furniture and deck windows appeared to not have been cleaned in sometime. Deck Windows were very dirty! Master bedroom toilet not working when we arrived, but someone came to fix it sometime during the day after we arrived.

First time visiting Bethany beach and we had such great relaxing time. We had some cleaning issues in the Appartment, as soon as I called the office the cleaning crew came and the problems were solved! ☺️ We will definitely be back again.

Nice condo - needs a little TLC

Great please perfect for me and my kids, could just use a little updating or cleaning of couches and couch cushions, carpets, and bathrooms. Shower curtain in master bathroom was moldy and dirty. Having said that, other than that it is a fantastic condo and we would stay there again

I’ve been coming to Sea Colony for a long time and it’s a great family place with pools, walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, the beach, etc. Vacasa was very efficient with rental and questions.

Great week!

The weather was terrific! So that is a good place to start! We had a great view. Electronics (TV, Games etc.) were all up to date. The furniture and décor is dated. Everything was clean. I would stay here again.

Great Location! Steps to the pool and beach!! Would stay again.

Would give 5 stars except for a few very minor things. We had to have hot water adjusted; none when we first arrived but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix. The blinds that lead to the balcony need updated as they kept falling each time we opened/closed them. The double beds in master bedroom were a little too soft. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Decent fitness center in our building, nice outdoor pool and easy access to the beach. Location is great. Easy walking distance to a few bars/restaurants, shops, CVS, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts. Only a 1/2 mile walk to the boardwalk in Bethany. Would definitely stay here again.
