"The location is great. Half way up to the ski hill and close enough to town if you need anything. Lots to do in surrounding area. Pool was great, Slides, lazy river, hot tub, cold pools, splash pad and sauna made it feel like you were at a small spa. Great place to go with the kids for a less expensive get away. "The place was not as advertised. None of the appliances in the kitchen worked (the oven would not shut off, as an example, and there was a constant smell of burning food when you turned on the stove-top). The lock on the front door was not lined up well with the hole, so you could really only lock the door from the inside. Recommend not leaving your passports unattended inside the apartment. The bathroom in the "master" was leaky and disgusting, resulting in a consistently damp floor. The towels...

"All was good besides the 7:15 am arrival of a septic truck that started pumping and woke everyone up. I understand they have to do maintenance work, but it was a bit early for everyone's liking. "

"little issue about the accuracy of the booking regarding the room picture for studio superior ,it is misleading but it was corrected the next day by the front desk so no big deal but i suggest to show accurate picture at the booking site.All other things where excellent we had a great stay. "We spent a couple of extra days in Mont Sainte Anne as a major winter storm passed through the area. This studio unit worked well for two (non-attached) guys. The pullout bed was comfortable. The unit was quite well-equipped in the kitchen, able to easily make dinner. Having the underground garage made access so easy. The lift ticket booth is less than the 30m distance advertised! Convenience could not be beat. Can’t think of any downsides or points for improvement. "
