"Nice service "

"We had requested ADAcompliant lodgings. The hotel accesses present but were difficult to use for anyone not able to climb stairs. When we decided to request early checkout and a refund of the unused balance, management was agreeable and issued a refund. The staff are all cordial and helpful and other than accessibility issues, the stay was pleasant. The $25 fee for breakfast for two is a bargain as the quality was that of a first class dining room and had great service. The manager told us they have a remodeling scheduled for June, 2026 which will remedy the access issues. we plan to return when it is completed."

"Staff were wonderful, and our room was newly renovated and beautiful!! Property condition rating is because there was a leak somewhere causing a puddle just outside the elevators in our building under a big peeling spot on the ceiling. No room service?"

"I love this place. It’s like a beautifully kept little castle in the middle of the city. The room was spotless.The grounds are gorgeous. The pool is in the courtyard surrounded by plantings that are well maintained. I highly recommend Ayres Hotel."
