Highlights include 2 full bathrooms, ground floor private entrance, spacious family room with fireplace, high speed WIFI, smart TV's, full washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The perfect place to stay in the Vail Valley!
We used to live in Avon and love coming back for a summer visit. This is by far the best property we have rented in the area. I loved that it’s on ground level so I don’t have to haul kids, suitcases, and strollers up flights of stairs. The condo is beautiful- well organized, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The lake, the playgrounds, the restaurants, the amphitheater, the rec center, and the busses; everything is accessible by walking even with little ones. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be booking this location in the future.

Clean & Comfortable
The condo/apartment was just as in the pictures. Very clean and bright. Things nicely organized in kitchen/bathrooms. We only used the king bed and it was comfortable. Nice office space as I had to work for part of the time. WiFi worked good as well. Nice to have the carport as it snowed when we were there, Trail to Nottingham Lake right behind unit. Even though unit is on garden level (with units above), it was quiet. Great location to restaurants and Beaver Creek.
