"Super fantastic accommodations. Truly thought of everything you could need when needing a home away from home for vacation. Location was great- we did have a rental car but it was very conveniently located. Layout was just perfect with 3 bedrooms on entry level and family gathering spaces, master bedroom and an extra powder room upstairs. "This home is amazing. Its location on the mountainside was great, with ski in/ski out. We thoroughly enjoyed its spaciousness! And all the amenities it had to offer. The kitchen was THE MOST WELL FURNISHED kitchen we have ever seen, in a rental! The host, Mark was readily available via text. We used the Bachelor Gulch Shuttle to and from Beaver Creek Village; it was great! All in all, we highly recommend this VRBO at 91 Hummingbird!"

"There were some black widow spiders in the downstairs bathroom. Also, the house was 85 degrees when we arrived, due to no air conditioning in the house, it took all night for the house to cool off. Ceiling fans on the main foor would help ."

"We booked at the last minute and were a little leery of what might be available, but this house was an excellent surprise. Well stocked, great fireplace with lots of wood, hot tub, and plenty of room and restrooms for our party of 7. We would definitely stay here again. Great house that is just as description said it would be."

"Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

The main living room area is super comfortable, downstairs living room and kitchenette is very convenient, playstation 4 included in case you have kids, and the private jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. Plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper, etc.. We had a small contained leak in the water heater closet but management was very responsive and sent someone over to fix...

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Mountain Terrace. The property is very nicely designed and very comfortable. Listing is accurate and property is as shown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We had a small issue with a few kitchen outlets and the problem was swiftly resolved (in person!) within an hour. Very well managed property in an excellent location to local ski resorts. Would definitely stay again."

"First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. "This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). "We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!"
