Hot Tub, Sauna, Mountain Views Great for families, this spacious 5BR/3.5BA home offers 3,596 square feet of living space. Enjoy a tranquil location high in the hills with absolutely stunning views (the hot tub offers some of the most spectacular vistas you will find anywhere in the mountains!). Hit the slopes at Vail and Beaver Creek, then head home to your heated 3-car garage. Make use of the relaxing private sauna, then gather by the cozy rock fireplace and watch a movie. Large groups will love the spaciousness of the open-concept living space, boasting vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking rolling hillsides. In the sitting area, comfy sofas offer seating for 10 around a grand stone fireplace and 40” TV. Steps away, a large dining table seats eight, and there’s room for another six at the kitchen bar. Four extra bar stools can be found under the coffee table – making a great kids table. Home chefs will love the kitchen, well-equipped with cooking and baking tools; appliances include gas range, oven/convection oven, microwave, dishwasher as well as two separate full-sized sinks with disposals. Need a quiet space to check email? There’s a handy open office area just off the main living space. The big master bedroom is also located on the main floor and features a plush king-size bed, 50” TV, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized tub. A Pack ‘n\` Play crib in the master closet is available for little ones. On the lower level, more social space awaits in a second living room. A huge 55” TV is perfect for movie nights! The second bedroom has a king-size bed and 50” TV, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds. These rooms share an en-suite bathroom, and the fifth bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin-over-full bunk beds. In addition, there is a queen size memory-foam sleeper sofa and a twin-size rollaway bed. Prepare for a treat when you step outdoors; lush rolling hillsides surround the property, and there’s tons of space to enjoy the views. It was spacious, perfect for a group of ten. Beautiful views looking out from the living room. The only issue we had was the washing machine wasn’t working properly. Management came to look but couldn’t fix it during our stay so they did give a small compensation, which was appreciated. We enjoyed using the hot tub but couldn’t figure out how to turn the sauna on. Plenty of towels and soaps were provided. A few extra provisions (aluminum foil, Saran Wrap) in the kitchen pantry would have been nice but there were some seasonings available. Overall a great stay, thank you! ##### Natalia R.
