Inside, the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, and its open design allows you to play chef, and not miss out on the family fun! Or take the menu outside and enjoy your meal al fresco on the patio surrounded by a well-manicured garden and gorgeous sequoia trees. You’ll find large TVs in the main family room as well as in the lower bunk room, with access to all your streaming needs (plus YouTube TV for all your sports!). The cell booster and wired ethernet in the office bedroom mean you can easily work from home during longer stays, and there won’t be any interruptions to streaming.

But who needs streaming with so much adventure all around you? Enjoy fun-packed days skiing, snowboarding, or sledding in nearby Bear Valley, or fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking at Lake Alpine in the summer. Take the whole family to Big Trees State Park or Moaning Caverns Adventure Park. Or relax and taste some exceptional wine in Murphys. And, for days when you want to stay a little closer to home, use the guest pass to access the Blue Lake Springs Rec Center. Enjoy swimming at small lakes or the pool, tennis courts, a play structure, lawn chess, a restaurant, a fitness center, beach volleyball, and more. All just down the street from where you’ll be staying.

The upstairs main bedroom in the virtual tour is not available for guest use.
The two bedrooms on the main level next to the bathroom have forced air heating and cooling. The other bedroom on the main level has a space heater.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are security cameras facing the driveway and facing across the patio.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
