"Apartment very clean and spacious! Perfect location, just 5min walk from green park station. "

"There is no check in at this property and we did not receive a welcome email providing check in details. We arrived and had to find a way to contact the property to then learn our apartment was not available. They sent us to another property of theirs that had barbed wire on the gate. It was not a good experience. "

"This was my second visit to this hotel as it was ideally situated for the places I had to visit in London. Within a minutes walk of Green Park and easy access to all the shops I wanted to visit. The hotel I am told is about to close to undergo major refurbishment, which would not be a bad thing as it is looking a little tired now in some areas. My booking and check in was handled with the utmost professionalism by well trained and polite staff members. I look forward to visiting again once...

"Couldn’t get much hot water in the shower. Has an induction cooktop but no induction compatible cookware. Otherwise okay "

"great location! Could not be better located. Staff is generally helpful. Took one conversation to make sure we got clean towels everyday. Overall, property is clean. Good wifi. Kitchen is ok."

"This apartment is actually better than it appears. It has an elevator, two floors, huge outdoor space and is in one of the most prime areas of London. Highly recommended and will be staying here again."
