"I enjoyed the amenities on the property, including the spa, pools, hot tubs, beach massages, free water bottles, entertainment and 24-hour sports bar. The food in the buffet was decent. The best tasting food was obviously the Dominican food at the buffet, which was expected. The sports bar had your usual bar food, but not many options other than chicken at night. "I always like the people. They are friendly and helpful. What I didn't like is that there was some type of mold in the water container of the tea/coffee maker. Also, my jacuzzi didn't work. The plug didn't go down. My room was 13212."

"Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water. Other than that, our room was beautiful and we had a lovely time. I wasn’t aware that we would get the vacation club ask… "

"This place felt like a paradise, the nature around was truly special and very rejuvenating, the rooms were very zen and clean. Staff was accomodating and nice and their wellness services were incredible. I’d always come here again! Truly an unforgetable experience"

"Covers and pillows were stained, wifi and tv did not work, pool inside room was not heated it was freezing (the main reason we booked room), windows did not lock so room was unsecure, bathroom had a sewer smell and to top it off it was a brothel/strip club. When we were informed that there was a club that opened at 1030pm we never assumed a strip club until we walked by and seen naked women dancing. It made a lot of sense after the fact when all we noticed were men staying at the hotel."

"Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. "
