"My husband and I have this great hotel on repeat… we have been here more than 15 times and the reason for this is the great service starting with the manager Michael; reception Jeuri and Natauris and Aronis at the bar… they are all very courteous; helpful and joyful. The bartenders and lifeguard are so nice. If you are looking for a place to feel spoiled. This is the place!! "

"THE STAFF AT THE FACILITY WAS EXCELLENT , RESPECTFUL, ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANYTHING NEEDED, THEIR CHARACTER WAS EXCELLENT, SHOUT OUT TO " RAFINA AT THE BAR ALWAYS MAKING MY DRINKS AND CAPPUCCINO COFFEE WITH A SMILE, TEDDY-BEAR AT THE BEACH SITE FOR HIS PLEASANT CONVERSATIONS, 'KENNEDY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR ALWAYS MAKING SURE THAT THE HOTEL WAS SAFE, EMMANUEL AND JUAN FROM THE CHAIN MEMBERSHIP AREA FOR THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT SERVICE. "Stayed here many times , same employees . Only thing I can not get used to is no housekeeping and have to pay when you want clean towels ( 5 US dollars ). But everything is great , just overlook the loud traffic "

"Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. "

"The resort location was amazing and close to all the restaurants and bars. The grounds are very well kept and the staff were all friendly. Although we didnt end up being oceanfront, the locatuon we were at was quiet and well looked after. We walked the beach daily and enjoyed trying all the different restaurants and happy hours. John was an amazing host and the communication with him throughout the process of booking to checking in with us during our trip was 10/10!. We will definitely be back!"
