They offer you a contract and show you all rooms that you can have access if you part of their membership. You spend all day and the beginning they just tell you that they gonna give you a tour but at the end they want you to accept the contract to become member and they get mad at you just because you don’t want that contract. Food is bad . Everything is fare away , u have to take a bus to go anywhere .

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this property under any circumstances. The food quality was extremely poor, with very limited menu options, and on our very first day, the food ran out due to the hotel’s lack of preparation. The alcoholic beverages appeared to be watered down, which was very disappointing. Although check-in was expected in the early afternoon, we did not receive our room until 6:00 PM after waiting since 1:30 PM. Despite this unacceptable delay, the hotel placed notices in the rooms warning guests that they would be charged additional fees if they did not check out before 11:30 AM. It is unreasonable to deliver rooms hours late while strictly enforcing an early checkout. The hotel was clearly overbooked and overwhelmed. The staff appeared poorly trained and unable to manage the large number of guests, resulting in long waits and poor customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were not properly cleaned and did not meet basic standards of hygiene. Even more concerning, the hotel does not have any on-site medical assistance available in the event of an emergency, which raises serious concerns about guest safety. Overall, this hotel failed in nearly every aspect of hospitality, including cleanliness, food quality, organization, customer service, and guest care. The air conditioners did not work in any of the assigned rooms, then after several complaints they changed the rooms and in these the air conditioners did not work either. Problems with the air conditioners, everything else was fine.
