I loved how the room was changed to a lower level to make it easier for my grandmother. She and her sister were very happy with the food as well.

Room smelled musty/moldy. Air conditioning barely kept up with the outside temperature. First floor accommodations. Unit had been broken into previously and door/frame was never repaired properly. Not as accommodating as other resorts in the same area.

Great stay. Good entertainment both day and night. Loved the live band Monday night. The service amazing as always. My only complaint is about the rooms. They are in need of an update and air conditioning does not really cool the space. Everything feels damp. But then again, the price is right. I have been here many times and will go again.

Loved every second of it , planned on doing excursion but the resort was too hard to leave loved every second of it. Ramon the bellman was super friendly. Easy check in , rooms were cleaned amazing experience I would give this a 11/10 I’ll be back !!!
