We had a spectacular time. Gorgeous property with ocean front views. Comfortable furnishings and great kitchen. Staff is super friendly! But…There are tremendous amount of stray cats on the property causing outside patio and yard area smelled like spray when it rained.

One BR nice property.

Nice one bedroom with cable channels for sports. Hot water. Full kitchen but no coffee maker. Good pools. Bar at oceanfront. Did not try room service but restaurant looked okay. Safe. Close to town. This unit in s on 3rd floor. 40 steps.

I reserved the luxury penthouse which was totally false. Other people may have had different experiences and I don't want to taint them but my experience was horrible. This was the worst place that I have ever stayed. It started off with dog poop on the walkway to the beach and went downhill from there. So many things did not work in the condo it's too much to write here. The television did not work as well as adjusting the air conditioner but when I connected my laptop to the television I returned to the room only to find thousands of little bugs crawling all over my computer. Since this property tries to sell you the club they show you a really beautiful clean apartment. Completely different from the one we had. I was extremely disappointed.

I was there for a wedding next door. Communication was not good with the property from the begining. I tried to reach out to confirm my stay several times and had to trust that I would have a place to stay once I arrived. Check in went to the apartment and everything was good except the front desk forgot to mention the would be working on the water from 9 pm to 4am. We went to dinner and came back to no water . Unable to take a shower. Not sure on whether it was just our room I went downstairs to the security and when I asked if they knew what was going on they handed me a paper from the city . You would have thought the front desk would have mentioned this during check in but no. I was really disappointed . The best thing about this property is the private beach and pool area. It is well maintained around the property but rooms can be updated .

The Manager was very nice and communicative but was disappointed that we spent a couple of hours dealing with a TV issue which was ultimately resolved by switching rooms. The property really needs to ensure that their rooms are completely ready for occupancy ahead of each person's stay. The other thing to be aware of is that they measures one's electricity use so one has to spend time taking a photo of one's meter which is in a locked closet. When one is on vacation it really cramps one's style knowing one has to be wary of one's electrical use.

If any issues arise during your stay, (which multiple rooms have issues) expect to be ignored or dismissed rather than helped. The lack of care, competence, and accountability from both management Ruth and reception is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, they simply cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this property based on the rude and extremely poor customer service from manager Ruth and the front desk reception team . During multiple stays, messages & calls were ignored regarding broken air conditioning, TV not working, broken lock on the door & missing basic necessities like water & toilet paper. When I asked to speak with the manager Ruth she’d say she was “out for lunch” & never call back.

Unfortunately, despite Infiniti Blu being a beautiful property, my repeated experiences with the management—particularly manager Ruth—have been extremely disappointing and she provides terrible customer service. Ruth & the reception staff are dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking appropriate concern & competence in handling customers. I experienced air conditioning and TVs not working, staff saying they would return with a remote and never returning, and basic requests for water and toilet paper going unanswered. When I raised these issues directly with Ruth, she said she was aware of them but could not explain why paying guests’ messages had been ignored. Her attitude was rude & dismissive and seemed more focused on the fact that I was raising the issues than on the fact that they happened. On multiple occasions, I booked accommodations shown as available through Expedia, only to then be told by the property that the room was unavailable.

price listed on expedia is not what you will pay..They wait to add there conversion fee when you arrive and it will be higher than the rate online. Also they add a utility fee at check out which is high also. There should be full transparency upfront about cost. Also its better to pay in pesos at the front desk. overall stay was good.
