"I needed to cut my trip one night short and the hotel charged me all. Not fair."

"Elevator keys are a challenge. Dont always work. If you don't ask for the room to be cleaned they won't clean it which is ok. The pool is ridiculous half of it was closed. Drinks were overpriced. Water was ice cold.🙄 this is why not 5 stars. Music was great. "

"I didn’t like that the bathroom light did not work. Also, that the vanity mirror didn’t light up. My brush hair dryer and curling iron did not work due to some sort of outage in the bath room. I showered in the dark. My husband alerted the housekeeper and she contacted someone to fix it. The bathroom light and outlets were fixed but the vanity mirror which I use for makeup never worked "

"they tried to brake in my car. and thankfully they didn't take it becuase i have a kill switch on my car. and for that same reason the staff couldnt accomodate me in the Valet."

"I loved how the room was really big , sadly didn’t get a room where the balcony was facing the street but was still a nice view!! The store was really convenient and the area for Uber pick up and drop off was VERY easy to do , I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again ! "
