The house keepers were very nice and friendly on the 18th floor. Checking in and out was smooth, one of the front desk staff (she’s an East Indian judging from her accent) was very rude and dismissive. Bed linens were discoloured and ripped up around the edges possibly From multiple washing in the machine, Overall, my experience was ok. I choose strip view on my booking, the very nice gentleman that checked me in told me he was giving me a strip view because I am staying for 9 nights, but the room was not a strip view, it was the taxi pick up and drop off view. I am not a gambler so I can’t speak about the casino, however, it seems like people were having lots of fun either winning or losing, it was always the casino was packed regardless of the time of day. The food court was ok, nothing to write home about. The best thing about Aria is that it’s central to everything on the strip.

Even though the upgrade for a room was available, the Manager on duty decided to tell our guest services staff that there was nothing available in the beginning and then later came over to say that there was something available, but there was a charge to be able to upgrade. This was a situation that I wish would have not happened in the first place because if there is an upgrade available and it’s included with our reservation, it should be offered as it was included in our reservation at No charge, but it is not acceptable to say that there is no upgrades available and then decide to come over and tell us that there is an upgrade available at an additional fee, which is not really an upgrade. It’s actually just an up charge.
