Every where in the hotel things ran smoothly. People came and went but no problems (if any) ever became noticeable to the guests. The rooms were cleaned with no fuss and the public areas were kept clean in spite of the fact that people were enjoying themselves day and night.
The hotel in general was acceptable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive apart from sharon a cocktail waitress! She completely ruined our time in the casino and needs to invest in some customer relations training. The pool area was very nice as was ...
Hotel was under construction, but that didn't affect our stay. Our room was dated, but I'm sure once it is renovated it will look nice. The bathroom was clean but needed new caulking and again, hopefully the renovations will take care of that. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the ...
First thing I don't gamble, but I heard the Las Vegas has other great attractions that non gambling people can do. So my first visit to Las Vegas was good. I visited the grand canyon, did a history channel bus tour and ate at good restaurants. The one thing is that a lot of the amenities at Aria ...
We were there for a pool tournament so the hotel was really just a place to crash at night. Beds were comfortable. Area was quiet. We found that the plumbing needs work. After a shower the bathtub did not drain very well. Another guest switched rooms due to plumbing problems. . Probably a great place ...
Definitely enjoyed my stay here. The casino/lobby area on the ground floor was bustling, exciting and crowded. The hotel staff was kind, helpful and friendly and even let us check into our room pretty early because it was ready. The hotel was so massive that it took us a while to walk to our room. ...
Our stay at the excalibur was comfortable and peaceful. Fresh and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again plus the casino and food options are cool too.
Nice room, pool very crowded. Good restaurants. Nightmare to check in though, long line and had to wait till 6 for room to be ready. And don't forget the extra $35 resort fee per day and $12 per day for parking.
