I had to switch rooms because the 1st room I was given was super dirty! the sofa had a lot of hair on it, the carpet was still wet from idk what (red stain), the shower had hair in it and so did the sink. 2nd room was a little better but still looked like it needed better cleaning since I also found hair in that restroom. And also, I’ve been having the worst luck with these keys but that might be my bad

Loved the Belldesk manager Tiffany - she is kind sweet helpful and dynamic in response to an innocent mishap regarding my garment bag - she took care of everything and absolutely made my day The security guard Matthew is a kind patient and extremely diligent and helpful person - he’s been working there for 16 years and deserves an award Thank you to all the bell staff, the valets, and check in staff who were fantastic Loved the Primrose restaurant Unfortunately the LaLa Noodle restaurant was a disaster tasteless inedible food for our entire party that was so overpriced - please fix this! But very kind servers The walls are paper thin between rooms! Please fix this! No coffee or tea in the room - please fix this! Huge thank you to everyone also in the pool area and - you have really wonderful staff Please give everyone our commendations and please give your staff a bonus they honestly deserve it making our stay so great Thank you Will definitely return!

I had a scary experience at that hotel. Every time I go to my room, someone opens the snack bar goodies. Call the front front desk and they were nonchalant about it. Security came, it feels like they knew what they were doing. I have pictures. The building is old and outdated. They can do better.
