The property was nice, but it is at the very end of the "strip" and there are a lot of homeless people hanging about which did not give us the warm fuzzies we would have liked.

My husband and I drove from Utah and was tired and need a suite to stay. We got Rio suite which is nice and bed is comfortable. Overall Awesome stay

On arrival we was downgraded by room type. We was told we could meet ve to the right room the next day. No apology received. Once settled in the room we went to the pool to find the entrance boarded up. The 24th floor adult only pool was also closed. We asked see a manager who when we explained our dissatisfaction apologied. If we had not pressed for information we would have got nowhere. We was lied to by the manager who told us all the pools were closed on the strip. We went to the Sahara and Circus Circus to check and their pools were open. With this finding we asked for a full refund which was denied at first. It was only because we argued our points that we got a full refund and moved hotels. I’ve stayed at the Stat 4 times before. I will never stay there again. The staff and the hotel have gone downhill

The bed was worn out you can literally feel the boxspring and bed making lots of noise. the stopper in the sink was broken and sink was stain the tub was also stained inside

I was very happy with EVERYTHING!!! I liked the quality,the service,and all the employees. I will definitely return. It was my second time in Las Vegas and my first hotel experience. I'm glad I selected The Strat!
