I did bring it to their attention, however, they didn't get to it while we were there. Not a big issue for us, however, didn't want that to be a black spot in their reviews by other customers also."

"My spouse and I were in town for a couple of sports event. The Blu in convenient to walk to all venues, as well as take advantage of the beautiful city of Toronto. Close to the Amsterdam brew pub, where we enjoyed a pre-game meal and beer. All great experiences. "

"Great stay! Property a little rough around the edges, and the shower water didn’t get as hot as we would’ve liked, but it was an awesome stay all around! Asked for extra pillows and the bed was awesome! Staff were so helpful and they came in to tidy, make the bed, and change out towels each day which was great. Close to the subway and some great eats! Would say here again for sure!!"
