It’s cheap price and that’s it. The 2 staff act like detectives and randomly create reasons for the service that makes no sense. I showed the lady that their is no extra fees on Expedia and that they should put it on their policies. Stating $200 hold returned in 3-5 days. She continues to say it’s there and when I pulled out my phone she said oh well it should. She put me on the first floor next to an elevator and when asked about the others she said their full. But the person right after me went to a room upstairs. She also felt guilty and called my room to change the room but I said it’s ok cause I’m settled. EST HOTEL is prejudice as I was asked about a noise in my room at check out but I didn’t even sleep there, I only used it to shower, sleep and change for work during this Covid time. Use them at your own risk... it’s a step up from a hostel or motel.
